Riforma semipresidenziale a livello statale. È questa l’ultima proposta di modifica costituzionale avanzata da Fratelli d’Italia, con poche chance di arrivare ad approvazione entro la fine della legislatura. Sul tema abbiamo coinvolto il costituzionalista Alfonso Celotto, secondo il quale «l’Italia oggi ha un serio problema di governabilità» che va affrontato.
